Hi, I’m Kacey. I appreciate you stopping by my site and I'm sure you have some questions about my work and who I am, so let me share a little bit about me and my journey.
Who was I? I was a working mom who finally felt like I "had it all", but quickly found out I didn't know how to DO it all. I was stressed out, overwhelmed and exhausted. I wanted to be a great mom and a great employee, but most days I felt mediocre at best.
What did I do? I needed answers, so I turned to books, podcasts and of course, Oprah. I read article after article about work-life balance and time management, implementing some and forgetting the rest. I started blogging about my experiences, which opened the door to having real conversations with moms who were feeling similar pressures.
What did I learn? Most of the pressure I felt as a working mom was the result of my own unrealistic expectations. I needed to focus on integrating all the areas of my life instead of trying to balance them.
Who am I today? I'm still a working mom, juggling the same responsibilities, but I've developed a process to release the guilt and enjoy my time with my family and my career. I love sharing my process with moms to help them find ease in their days they never thought possible.
Can you relate? Let's talk to determine if my process would be a good fit for you.
